What We Do
Our outpatient mental health programs serve children, adolescents, adults, and families. After assessing and determining treatment needs, our therapists provide individual or family therapy in schools, at client’s homes, or in offices at some locations.
JTL has developed a strength-based, on-site therapeutic approach to mental health counseling that allows us to consider a client’s natural behaviors, environment, and support system. Our comprehensive services include psychiatric evaluation and treatment, if needed, crisis intervention, and treatment planning and review.
Do you or someone you love struggle with a mental health issue?
Do you feel alone and do not know where to turn? Sometimes, taking the first step is the hardest part.
Instead of obvious physical symptoms, like a rash or a broken bone, it’s your feelings, your way of thinking, and even your behavior that needs help.
It’s no wonder that when people first experience symptoms like anxiety, depression, or psychotic symptoms, they often feel alone, ashamed, and reluctant to seek help.
This fear and misunderstanding can cause delays in treatment and accessing support.
We find that our clients feel a sense of release when they can name what they are experiencing. They can see there is a path forward and feel empowered about deciding to get help.
At JTL, we specialize in helping you understand your behavioral health condition, use the best treatment available, and equip you to help yourself. You will understand your situation, stay connected with other people, and access the best treatment and support. These things help you recover from symptoms more quickly; they make you feel more in control and better able to get on with your life again.
